In the summer of 2017, the Diocese held a special function to recognize and celebrate teachers and staff who have given long and outstanding service to the schools of the Diocese. Mrs. Eda McLaren welcomed guests and gave a History of the Schools in the Diocese. The Most Rev. Charles H. Dufour gave greetings and presented trophies to 15 teachers who had served for over 15 years, and four teachers who had served for over 25 years.
